How To Order?

On 'Contact Us' page and indicate 'Order' in the subject heading. Under the 'Message' box, fill in the following information:

Postage Mode: Normal / Registered

Payment Mode: Bank Transfer / Paypal

Once we have received your order, an acknowledgement email will be sent and payment is to be made to our DBS / Paypal account within 24 hours.

An email verification will be sent to you once your payment has been verified. Your order will be shipped within 3 working days.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made through:

(a) Internet Banking / ATM transfer to DBS SAVINGS PLUS 017-0-095024 (branch code: 017)
(b) Paypal sartorially.y@gmail.com

For Paypal payment, buyers will bear the following fee:

Processing Fee (for every Local Transaction made) = 3.4% of transaction amount + SGD0.50

POSTAGE WITHIN SINGAPORE

Items ordered would be posted via normal non-registered mail unless stated otherwise. Please indicate on the order form if you prefer registered mail.

1) Normal mail - $1.00 per item (up to 250g) and $1.50 per item (up to 500g). Add $0.50 or $1.00 for every subsequent item based on item weight.

2) Registered mail - Additional $2.25 on Normal Mail.

We encourage our customers to use registered mail to ensure safe delivery of all merchandise.

NOTE:
* Postage charges include handling fees.

* Local delivery (within Singapore) requires 4-7 working days.

* Sartorially Yours will not be responsible for items damaged during delivery nor lost parcels sent via normal mail.

* To prevent any lost mail, Sartorially Yours recommends using registered mail.
