The item wasn't what you have in mind? The fit wasn't right?
We allow exchange of TOPS / BOTTOMS / DRESSES for other products of same / lower value or just top up the price difference for a higher value item. No refund would be given for exchange for a lower value item.
Please notify us via email within 3 days from receipt of item.
Exchange item must be in original condition and MUST NOT BEEN WORN, STAINED, WASHED OR ALTERED.
Exchange item shall be mailed back to us at the buyer's cost. Replacement item shall be delivered to the buyer via normal mail at our cost.
This is our way of ensuring total peace of mind when shopping with us.
